The location was perfect, with stunning views and easy access to explore the area. I really appreciated the warm welcome, with scones, jam, and cream waiting for me upon arrival. The nearby restaurants, Rock House and The Star, were excellent choices for delicious meals with lovely settings. The apartment was clean, well-appointed, and had a warm and comfortable atmosphere. The owners even left us scones, cream, and jam upon arrival, a nice touch. The apartment had plenty of hot water and towels, making our stay even better. The sea view from the kitchen and front room was wonderful. We also appreciated the convenience of having a parking space nearby. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.
The sofa bed in the apartment was uncomfortable for adults, as it was short and very hard. this was a minor inconvenience, as the apartment itself was fantastic.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious and recently refurbished flat. The high ceilings and good light made it feel even more welcoming. The location in the centre of Lynmouth provided breathtaking views of the sea, river, park, and even South Wales. The flat was perfectly situated for the best walks, such as the famous 'Valley of the Rocks' and Watersmeet. We also appreciated the convenience of having private parking available. The kitchen was well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the owner was excellent in communication. They even went the extra mile by providing us with a free cream tea. a great experience at Postman's Knock!
There was nothing I didn't like 😊.
